StepUp has changed a significant items: in the past, the scholarship was either all or nothing for new families based on income. Now, there is a graduated scale for new families that allows for partial scholarships. Now, you may be able to get 50, 60, 70, 80 or 90 percent of the scholarship even if you make more than the amount on the chart. There are multiple levels of income that give you the various percentages.
